Mindfulness at Noon

Mindfulness classes lead by Celeste St. Pierre. “The Mindfulness Movement is upon us! And, like kale, is EVERYWHERE! But what exactly is mindfulness and how does one become more mindful? We will spend a few weeks together exploring mindfulness and the practical tools and tips for how to practice and apply it. By being more mindful in our day-to-day activity we can reduce stress, live longer, improve relationships, increase performance, improve our overall health, and feel more connected.
