Chair Yoga returns Feb. 6

Welcome to Chair Yoga, where you can be a seasoned yogi or a beginner. It is a great practice for those who may be sitting at the office all day. It is perfect for caregivers----both the givers and the cared for. Chair Yoga was developed to give those who could not do standing exercise the full experience of a yoga class while sitting in a chair. We begin chair yoga seated as we practice breath work and gentle body movement. We may then move into standing poses while utilizing a chair to modify poses for better balance. Chair Yoga helps maintain fitness, health, balance, and improve mood. This gentle exercise can make you happy, healthy, and strong! Each 45-minute session is FREE and open to the public.
