Meet printmaker Kathie Lovett and participate in a 2-hour adult workshop that will include an overview of the art of printmaking, hands-on workshop and critique. Kathie Lovett is a painter and printmaker exploring both the seen and unseen. She holds a BA in Art History, MFA in Painting, and is a one-time independent bookstore owner. Working with the concepts of nature, time and human influence, art is the experiential path that leads Kathie to configure narrative and image into a unified vision. Engagement in the art process is the highest value for Kathie as it combines tactile and visual stimulation, critical thinking, and a way to be present in a fast-moving world.
