The Northcountry Council is, "creating a new plan for the North Country Region and is seeking feedback through a survey on housing, jobs, transportation, natural resource, recreation and agriculture." The survey can be found here: http://www.nccouncil.org

The Regional Plan may serve as a complement to the recently completed Master Plan for Franconia.
