Seven to Save

Over time, the Library’s exterior brick work and limestone has degraded to the point that moisture has begun to seep through the walls and damage plaster, paint, woodwork and books. The needed repairs are extensive and will require funding acquired through grants and donations. This fall, Abbie Greenleaf Library has received a Seven to Save designation from the NH Preservation Alliance. The Alliance has begun providing us with a wealth of information regarding restoration work. In addition, they will be helping us to write grants and will spread the word about the libraries situation.
